An exchange student must be a student at one of our\u00a0partner institutes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All programs within the same cycle of study are available to Erasmus+ students.<\/p>\n

New Technologies for Art course and programmes are not available for Erasmus+ students.<\/p>\n

STEP 1<\/strong> An informational e-mail needs to be sent from the partner institution to the IR Office (erasmus@accademiabelleartiverona.it) informing us that you are officially selected as an incoming student.<\/p>\n

STEP 2 <\/strong>Study our course catalogue in order to design your Learning Agreement proposal.\u00a0Use the OLA Online Learning Agreement to create Learning Agreement proposal. In case your University doesn’t use this tool, you can fill the Learning Agreement template (ask it to your University).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n

Please note: you can only choose programmes within the same cycle of study.<\/strong>
(For example, if you’re applying for a Bachelor’s course, you can only select Bachelor’s programmes; if you’re applying for a Master’s course, you can only select Master’s programmes)<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> The “New Technologies for Art” course and related programmes are not available for Erasmus+ students.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Sign the LA proposal and ask your coordinator at Home University to sign it as well.<\/p>\n

STEP 3<\/strong>\u00a0Send the following documents to IR Office (erasmus@accademiabelleartiverona.it)
\u2022 Transcript of past records
\u2022 Portfolio (in English as PDF max 10 MB)
\u2022 CV (in English as PDF)
\u2022 Learning Agreement proposal ( in PDF signed by you and your coordinator)
\u2022 ID card (Passport or ID document)
\u2022 ID photo (JPEG). Photo will be used in your student card. Picture must meet the requirements specified for official ID-documents (ex. ID-card, passport)
\u2022 European Health Insurance Card – EHIC or other Health insurance<\/p>\n

Reccomended language skills: <\/strong>Italian B1<\/p>\n

Language of study. <\/strong>Almost all courses of the Accademia di Belle Arti di Verona are taught in Italian<\/strong>. Some professors may allow students to write assignments and take exams in other languages, namely in English, but this situation can only be agreed upon arrival in each individual case.<\/p>\n

Language courses. <\/strong>Free Italian courses are available to Incoming Erasmus+ students at CLA (Centro Linguistico d\u2019Ateneo) For more information, please visit the CLA WEBSITE <\/a><\/p>\n
